Jai Mahakali Shikshan Sanstha (JMSS), established in 1985,has emerged as one of the largest groups of educational institutions in Vidharbha ith free lodging & boarding facility and education from pre-primary to doctoral research in various disciplines. Shri Shankar Prasad Agnihotri College of Engineering located just 1.5 k.m. from wardha main railway station as well as from Bus Stand and around 4 k.m from Sevagram railway station. The college is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji  Maharaj Nagpur University and duly approved & recognized by All India Council for Technical Education and Government of Delhi , DTE and National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The Institute has started four core branches of Engineering  Civil Engineering, Computer Science& Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication. The Institute has started M.E. Course like Mechanical Heat power .The college successfully continues to attract attention of scholars from all over the subcontinent.
